Galatasaray need win to keep hopes up
Galatasaray EKMAS are in deep need for stability after having let go head coach Zvezdan Mitrovic after a fan confrontation following the home defeat in the Basketball Champions League Round of 16 game against Dijon.
Gala hired Yakup Sekizkok, previously at Darussafaka, to lead the team through the remaining of their Basketball Champions League fixtures.
To bounce back against a worthy opponent, Sekizkok will count on Klemen Prepelic, who pulled off 60 points for Slovenia Basketball in the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers.
A win for Bonn would see Roel Moors' team qualify for the Quarter Finals in back-to-back seasons after going all the way in 2023.
