The Liga ACB, known as the Liga Endesa for sponsorship reasons, is the premier professional basketball league in Spain - and for many, in Europe! In recent years it has been a home for young talent to hone their skills before heading across the Atlantic for the NBA, most notably Luka Doncic who won 3 Liga ACB titles with Real Madrid and the MVP award in his final season before being drafted to the Dallas Mavericks. The league features the 18 best clubs in Spain, with the top clubs also featuring in Euroleague, Champions League and Europe Cup action during the week. Barcelona are the reigning 2022/23 Champions, having won their record 17th title over old rivals Real Madrid in the Playoff Finals.
